Exchange Details
For exchanges, a delivery charge of Rs. 250/- will apply.
Doorstep exchanges and return collections are available for certain addresses, at an additional cost of Rs. 250/-.
Confirmation Calls
After an order is placed, a Chotay Ustaad representative will call you to confirm your order within 24 hours of order placement.
Order Processing Times
Once the order is confirmed, we immediately process and dispatch orders the same day. Typically, it takes 3-5 working days for orders to be delivered.
We do not operate on weekends and/or public holidays, and our office working hours are 10:00 AM PST to 06:00 PM PST.
Cutoff Times for Processing Orders
Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Currently, we are shipping only within Pakistan.
Shipping Costs
